Four 4's Maths Puzzles

Here is a challenge: Using four ‘integer’ 4's only and any combination of basic mathematical operations (+, -, x & /), try to write an equation or equations that have solutions as shown below. (Note: there may be more than one correct solution.)
Example: 1 = 44 / 44 or (4 + 4) / (4 + 4) or (4 + 4 – 4) / 4 or etc.
